The Insight Sales Representative (ISR) will assist in selling and account management by which to achieve revenue objectives, including growth in the existing base business and pursuit of new revenue opportunities.

Job Functions include but are not limited to:

Drive Effective Account Management -Orchestrate and collaborate with internal resources to consistently and effectively meet or exceed customers’ supply expectations. -Manage customers’ expectations, identify decision makers, build relationships, and be the primary advocate for customer business needs and requirements. -Manage complex, intricate customer relationships to protect and expand the base business. -Obtain project information from the customer and create quotes as needed. -Direct Territory Customer Care Representative as a means to achieving excellence in the areas of supply performance and overall customer satisfaction. -Work with customer, Sales Manager and Bus Dev Managers to establish product development needs. -Resolve quality issues through investigation and completion of SCAR type documents. -Interface with Porex Regional Sales Managers for opportunities related. -Procure accurate, timely Demand Forecasts from key customers by which to effectively manage item demand cycles. -Participates in PDE monthly meeting. -Other duties as assigned.

Management of Key OEM Accounts

-Act as the primary Customer Advocate for assigned accounts with respect to the entire order fullfilment process including: pricing, delivery, and quality of products supplied. -Provide primary internal customer contact for all order processing activites. Follows-up to assure commitments are kept and communicates any issues that may impact our commitments. -Assist members of the Sales Team in communicating effectivtiy with territory accounts as it relates to all facets of the business relationship. -Help Account Management identify account needs and wants. Assist in developing action plans to address account needs and wants. -Quote customers on a routine basis for standard products; assist customers with options for meeting specific customer requirements when ordering Porex products. -Communicate verbally and in writting with accounts concerning their status with Porex as it relates to receivables, orders, and other account specific issues. -Implement company policies as they relate to the order fulfillment process. -Report any potential competitive activities on a timely basis to Account Manager. -Work closely with Marketing and Sales to determine account satisfaction levels. Report important changes in account activities when it comes to ordering trends with key accounts. Help develop data to assist in measurement of territory trends and performance.

-Bachelor’s degree with focus on business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field. -3 to 4 years experience related to sales, customer care, or business development experience working for a manufacturing company (preferably medical device or healthcare arenas) promoting products in a Supplier-OEM relationship. -Possess strong initiative, ability to prioritize, set personal goals and work autonomously. -Exhibit strong leadership skills with motivation and drive to succeed. -Must be able to speak the technical language of our customers and have high attention to detail. -Must be a logical thinker, organized and possess outstanding time-management skills. -Be highly responsive to customer needs and perceptive to issues within existing accounts. -Have knowledge of financial terms, demand forecasting, manufacturing, and global supply best practices. -Have knowledge of effective problem-solving, continuous improvement, and quality principles tools and practices. -Have excellent interpersonal and cross-functional management skills with internal and external customers -Skills and savvy with Internet, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/Sales Force databases, etc. Website https://www.filtrationgroup.com/WFS/FGCBusiness/en_US/-/USD/FGC-About-Us-cms-fgc-about-us
