Role: PLANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES •This position will be completely responsible for leading all key Finance Verticals – Payable, Receivables, Treasury, Taxation and Financial Reporting. •Ensuring Fiscal and Financial Governance of the plant •Ensuring integrity and accuracy of books of accounts of all entities •Timely reporting of Monthly MIS to the board and lead monthly Fiscal Reviews of all entities •Drive Functional Budget adherence and controls for all corporate functions and report deviations •Define robust controls and processes (internal and external) to ensure validation of financial transactions •Drive adherence to processes pertaining to timely closure of both statutory & internal audits •Drive integrity and hygiene of financial data and books as per the required standards •Define Finance Processes at Plant - Set up of all financial processes which are needed to be applicable at a manufacturing plant •Define robust controls and processes (internal and external) to ensure validation of financial transactions •Define processes for periodic review of books of account and other statistical records •Managing a team of 1 Junior accountant currently
•5 – 10 years of experience in Manager or Head Finance or Controller ship roles from a small/mid size company preferably working in a manufacturing unit •Strong exposure of driving Financial Control •Have good understanding and experience working on direct and indirect taxation Should have good English communications spoken and written.
200k to 300k Annually
