** JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Chinese staff who is based in China and work online, you will take below responsibility

  • Manage customer enquirers from multi projects of the company. Customers are from different background: travelers, traders, students, cop-orates, etc."
  • Keep prompt response and communicate with customers via email, telephone and live chat;
  • Other tasks in researching and seeking potential customers;
  • Be a good problem solver with customers request;
  • Research and setting new tools and new technology for optimization
  • Support Marketing Team and Business developement team when needed

*Job Requirement:

  • 1-2 yearrs of full-time experience in Customer or sales support
  • Fluent English communication
  • Good customer-oriented mindset and customer service skills;
  • Ability to handle mass records and operational reports;
  • Good management skill while during multiple tasks under high pressure.
  • Interested in exploring new IT technology.
  • Experience in using any CRMs or management systems is an advantage

*Personality Requirements

  • Young, smart, professional & aggressive;
  • Can work well both independently and teamwork;
  • Ready to work overtime and under high pressure
  • Graduated overseas or having experiences in working with foreigners is an advantage
  • Be careful and can work with details
